EEOC Releases Fiscal Year 2013 Enforcement and Litigation Data

For fiscal year 2013, the total number of charges received by the EEOC decreased from FY 2012. Race and disability discrimination charges made up a higher percentage of the charges received in FY 2013. However, retaliation lead to the filing of the most charges.
